Clownfish gill sticking out, Red patch . Wont go away! 911

My clown fish stoped eating, developed a pimple like bump then her gill poped out and shortly after developed a red patch on her affected gill.
The LFS said to set up a hospital tank and treat with Nitrofuracin. I have been treating her in the hospital tank for 5 days now, the pimple like bump dissapeared over night after treatment began, but there is still no improvement to the gill.

Please help. She hasent ate anything in almost 2 weeks and shes going to expire without food :(

Nitrates, amonia, and nitrites are all very very low. As is the medic tank im doing 50% water changes daily out of the main tank into the small medic tank. The medic tank also has some bio filteration i stole out of the big tank, so amonia is low. The main tank is a Reef tank btw. water is very good quality.

Have you tried soaking food in garlic or live food?

Ammonia being low and being 0 are two different things. Its very harmful to fish and can possible do damage to gills.

Yes she wont eat anything, tried garlic with frozen food, she used to be a pig. Ammonia 0 nitrites 0 and nitrates are almost non existant. my mushrooms werent doing to good, LFS told me i need to be less obsessive about my water changes and give the shrooms some nutrients lol. Mushrooms are much happier now, but Nitrates are very low still, acceptable for a reef tank. before Id do a water change if i saw any at all on my tests.

That red spot on her gill has spread to the top of her head in the white band. She is also getting dangerously skinny.

Is there someone who can identify the problem?

went back to LFS today since the anti-biotics arent doing a thing. They now think it could be a rare parasite that they have only seen a few times in 15 years. They said to treat with coppersafe to be sure. I will keep you updated as this may become very good information for everyone else.
