I'm not sure what your plans are as to other fish in the tank, but if you have a good idea of what you want it is always good to add the most peaceful fish first. I have probably a very similar setup to yours and I added my firefish first, then followed with the clowns since they can get aggressive. But if you add in two small babies it shouldn't be an issue, (my clowns were a full grown pair when I got them)

You will want a good fitting top on your tank. Firefish are jumpers. Good luck!!!

    you don't need a pair.

also they are all pretty much beginner fish, as long as your tank is stable they will be ok.

I have never had a firefish jump out of any of my tanks. However, it doesn't hurt to be proactive. I would build a screen top as opposed to a glass top. The glass tops bleck a lot of light, get dirty fast, prevent proper gas exchange at the surface of the water, and keep a lot of heat in your tank. Judging by the canopy on your tank, you won't need to worry about a fish jumping until after you get new lights.

They just mostly dance which is really cool I have never had one kill the other one if they are both the same size they work it out. I suggest two because I don't want the clown to be lonely.

    OO thanks!

Shouldn't be too hard. I worked on these type of things since I could walk and I married an engineer LOL ::)
