I took out all my water out, and all the sand out best as I could, but I have some sands on glass, and still little water and some sand I couldnt get out with a cup.

Withought having to take it outside, and hose it down, is there an alternative way to clean this? Or do I have to bring it outside and hose it down.

    Its biocube 29

That would probably be your best bet. Just to ensure it was thoroughly cleaned :)

its just 29 gallons just pick it up bring it out to the lawn and give it a good hosing down. or like in a bath tub or something if you dont have a yard but then you cant have too much sand in it.

+1 on this. Works great. You will still have to rinse and clean it but you can remove all the water with the shop vac. Thats how I drain my sump completely to clean it.

Don't use the tub as mentioned above. My friend did that, and I have had his wife tell me about it every time they come to visit. lol.
