So The whole back glass of my tank is pink no big deal everyone wants corillene (Sp) but what happens when its growin on the corners where the silicone is? I notice most healthy tanks dont have this and its all over mine. Its driving me nuts! how do you control this as you cannot scrape the silicone off. Its making the tank look older now and even though its been running for years I want to keep it clean.

i had a friend that would use some sort of water resistant sand paper, not sure quite how it worked but his tanks always looked great, never really had this problem myself so i dont have any personal experience.

That sounds like agood idea. I will try it. I was thinking a denture brush as they are very stiff and it might work.
