I have a squamosa clam on biocube 29 with upgrade led lighting.
ever since 2 days ago, at night time he closed up pretty tight, then next day he would open up very little, i have no clue whats going on.

Before that, he would be open like alot, any idea whats going on? and what I can do?

Or are they more intense to the clam?
Would it be shy to open due to light or lack of...? Or water quality issues?

More info would be helpful. Has the flow changed/increased? Has your ammonia or nitrite become measureable? How long have you had the clam? Is lighting the only change?

Normally if a clam remains closed mor than it is open, it is a telling sign that something isn't right. The reason being is that a clams muscle is used not to open but to close its shell. It requires alot of energy to perform as well and if it is spending all this energy to remain closed, something isn't right.
Whether or not its a parasite problem, snail infestation like a Pyram snail issue, or something possibly picking on its mantle causing your clam to close, is not certain.
    Have you inspected your clam?
    What size Squamosa?
    Parameter levels ok?
