Hello everyone. I figured I'd post this off my thread & just start a new thread regarding proper pump size, mfg, & internal vs external. I have provided a basic drawing of the setup. I would like it to be a little more than just making it.

We're talking about 13 feet of head, not including elbows, valves & unions.

    Thanks in advance. ;D

I am not to sure on your head loss most manufacures have head loss charts for their pumps and instead of using 90's to make the ruturn like going back up why not use 45's they will not create near as much drag.

Wow this is from a while ago. As mentioned above, check to see if your desired brand pump has a chart for measured ghp vs head loss. That is going to take a pretty large pump.

LOL... Talk about better late than never. Thanks anyways guys.. I paid 100.00 for a 300.00 pump that is pretty much brand new & has so much I needed to turn it down.
