I had a blue tuxedo urchin, they prefer slightly higher salinity of 36ppt and a prefered temp of 28°C. They like to camoflage themselves with anything they can find. They just move things around alot.
They need constant supply of micro (algaes) and macro algae (seaweeds), and they will feed on coralline.

Taking out my rocks and scrubbing isn't really an option, I could probably take out a few but most of them have corals on them.

Just have to be careful because tangs prefer quite a lot of swimming room, and in a 55g emporer angel or hippo tang get too large. you might get away with a koles tang, they are one of the smaller tangs.

Right now there's a tiny baby clown tang. Only eats mysis though. Probably 2-2.5"

If you've already got a tang in there I wouldn't add any others. They tend to be very scrappy towards other tangs.
The clown tang when adult needs a lot of swimming room ideally they need a large tank of 150g+.
They also need plenty of seaweed and algae in there diets as well as meaty foods.

As I previously stated I've offered it TONS of other foods. I specifically went on a shopping trip to get some squash, broccli, etc. All he will eat is mysis, but I still put a nori sheet in 2x a week that just sits there until i pull it out, untouched. He's fat, though, from the loads of shrimp he eats. He will occasionally pick at the LR and by occasionally I mean once every few hours... maybe.

I fully understand that he will not have close to enough room full grown and I do have a tank that is cycling as we speak for him in the future I'm also fully aware that you shouldn't put 2 tangs in less than a 175g, but I appreciate the advice anyway, thank you

    Ok.....a couple of things....

You must get your tank eating something more than mysis. If you have found that your tang enjoys meat more than veggies, get a frozen mixture. That is not healthy for a tang to only eat meat. They are herbivores and require some green diet. I don't think a hunk of broccoli is going to get him eating veggies. Tangs usually will eat many different foods and are not too picky. Try to get some spirulina flakes. Don't feed the tang anything for a couple days, then pop in some spirulina flakes. If it doesn't eat them, get a mixture of frozen food like Rods Reef Food to try to get it eating something other than mysis. Then switch to a frozen vege/spirulina/meaty blend, then move to a herbivore blend.

I would suggest getting a small blue hippo tang. Let him eat all your caulerpa and get rid of it after 6 months. My hippo loves the stuff. I have been trying to get it to grow in my display for awhile cuz I like the way it looks, but he won't let it happen.

Hunger is a great motivator. If the fish only eat mysis, stop feeding mysis for a few days then feed only spirulina flakes/nori. The fish will eventually catch on.
