If I contiunually run carbon in my phosphate reactor along with Warner Marine's Phosar will it remove trace elements, calcium, iodine, strontium or magnesium?

Not enough to lose sleep over :) I run carbon 24/7 in my 180 sps dominated reef tank. Always have, always will.

Yes, but if you do a small water change weekly (which I highly recommend) or dose supplements on a routine basis, you can keep the elements up. Also all the livestock that you maintain in your tank will adsorb and exhaust the trace elements etc. as well rather quickly!

Well Carbon does remove some bennificial elements But it also removes all of the bi products left from the elements Metals and such..Now elements can be replaced and the carbon can be replaced faster and easier then waiting for all the stuff to load up in youir sand and rock and build up until it leeches out all at once overnight..Then you get new rocks and sand and fish and corals :)
