can this be a saltwater tank???

    my LFS has one set up as a reef, not sure on what lighting they used but it looks real neat, they also have like a quart reef as well.

    That looks like it would be awesome as a reef, this has my wheels turning. I don't think I would put a fish in it personally because it looks like it is a pain to clean so I would want to avoid having to feed all the time I think.

    Change out the lights, get a heater in there and maybe some carbon/gfo and I bet it wouldn't be too difficult to keep as long as you don't overstock it.

    well theres obliviously lights hanging above this pic so it kind of takes about from what it was designed for. Also in the video they talk about PC lighting for it, that tank is probably 100 degrees especially because theres little evaporation on this tank. And just imagine trying to scrape Coraline algae out of there...nightmare

    I saw a store on sac that had one set ip as salt . It was neat it only had 3 residents , a scorpion fish a black sea cuc and I don't remember the third was too busy watching the cuc molt :)

    it seems like it would be awesome.. definetly have a sump underneath to hide everything, then have the plumbing as clean looking as possible. drill for an overflow aswell maybe?
