Hey, I was wondering if you can have to much light coming from Moon lights. Also do they always need to be on at night?

Not sure if they can be too bright, but i would assume so. For the second question, they are really only for your pleasure so have them turn off whenever youd like or keep them on all night. its up to you.

Thanks! I am working on dimming my moon lights at the moment, they are just way to bright. I'm thinking about only running them for a few hours a night going forward.

Yes, they can definitely be too bright. Most people only use them as a way to view their tank after hours. You don't need to run them all night, or at all for that matter.

I turned mine off, and my CUC is way more active! They didnt even move when my moonlights were on. I flipped em off and the next night it was snail central. I think some may be too bright.
