I swear my rose BTA is changing to green... I hadn't really notice till today when I got home from work. It looks like the bubbles are turning green closer to the foot and then like "morphing" to pink then a bright red tip. I took pictures and I'm gonna start comparing everyday. Is that normal if so is it a bad sign? Like I'm doing something wrong?

Is the oral disk green? This is common in RBTAs. Perhaps it was bleached and is recovering.

i have had this happen to me several times, thats why i think charging more than twice for a rbta is a rip off. i once payed 90 bucks for a rbta that three days after i put it in the tank it turned into the greenest gbta you have ever seen. kinda pissed me of haha.

The oral disc is kinda pink... Then it kinda shifts to like green in the tentacle bubbles, then shifts back to pink, then finally red tip, but it's like rainbow type color change not just from green to pink, looks cool and then nem looks better everyday... Think I'm doing something right :)

Some LFS have been known to inject food coloring into the BTAs to give them a deeper color. As they deflate and reinflate with fresh saltwater, the color gets diluted.
That being said, it is perfectly normal for them to morph their zooxanthellae color. It will depend on the lighting you are using. They will adapt to protect themselves. Remember that their zoox. protect their tissue be absorbing the light, so it will adapt to absorb the spectrum of lighting they are under. I bought a $15 GBTA that morphed into a deep Rose in a month. I had it under a 14000K MH bulb, the store had it under a combo T5.

I've taken pictures but you can't really tell from the pics, it's almost all green now with bright red tips on the tentacles. I'll see if my gf will put them up for me since I only use my iPhone
