Thanks for comments cuttingras! Yeah, indeed cover is plastic, it covers whole tank. It's very well ventilated by 2x low rpm fans on the sides. The electronics for lights is also ventilated by 2 independent temp. sensitive fans! The fans are really quiet, nothing compared to noise generated by cooling of Red Sea Max tank. There is enough space to hook up additional 2 x 13" PC (24W each) and have everything well ventilated! As only I receive and mount this stuff I will post more photos!

    sweet looking tank!
As far as a nano octopus tank....the only two you would be able to keep in a nano would be an O. Joubini or an O. Mercatoris. The best bet would be a captive bred O. Mercatoris. Im not all that great on differentiating between the two dwarf species other than the size of the eggs. The Mercatoris lays large eggs and are able to be hatched in captivity with much success. I know where to get captive bred Mercatoris if you are really interested in getting into ceph's. Personally i have kept S. Bandensis (dwarf cutttlefish) and i think they would be the best bet for a new ceph keeper and a nano tank.
