These are 7 ocellaris clowns that were tank raised and basically hand reared by a member of our local club.

5 will go in the 200g display, and 2 into the 40g frag tank I just put up.

Awesome clownfrags! Does their relation make it less likely for them to fight if they're housed together?

Well, I put 4 in the display tank after lights out and 3 in the 40 breeder frag tank. My friend that raised them purposely put a BTA in the small tank he was raising them in so they would learn to host right away. In the wild, if they don't find a host asap, they die- get eaten usually. ORA does not put anemones in the "grow out" tanks and these lose their instant need for finding an anemone. My 2 resident ORA ocellaris don't host in any of the anemones. it's kind of a shame.

So Rick got them to host asap. Other people that got clowns from this litter of 200 have had all of them go to BTA's instantly too.

How big are these, tiny. There are 3 that a little over 1/2" and the rest are about 3/4 that size.

How much did I pay, nothing yet, but when I can raise my bangghai cardinals, I will give him a couple of those.

I'm hoping the clowns in the DT fund one of my like 6 bta's. I let all the clowns go on the left side of the tank where all the BTA's are. I'll update when the lights come on.
