    sometimes, if you do a water change and don't aerate the water it produces micro bubbles that stick to everything, or you could have a cause to the bubble's like your return pipe dropping back into the tank...could be a number of things....

    Ahh just read its a new setup, the bubbles are normal they will settle down in time...
