I got this bubble in Jan '09

It's grown quite a bit, really filled out. It doesn't close up like that much any more. Looks like this now

Today it closed up and I noticed a new mouth. Rad

pretty cool! I always thought they were lame corals but after my wife forced me to recuse one I really like it. Glad you are having success!

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Very cool.

I always like the feathery look of that soft coral of yours as well.

It's easily one of my favorites. It has so many different forms it can take, I'm constantly impressed by it. At least you were forced into it :p

Thanks. My new green clown goby hangs out on one of my sps and that soft coral mostly - which I have always called a colt. It was very pink in the tank it came from but always green under my actinics. It looks weird when it expels all its water and gets small. I got a neat thread somewhere that shows how that coral actually "walks" to new spots leaving behind a rope like trail that eventually goes away.

I can give this thing entire silversides - 2-3 inches and it just takes it all in. I got to see long sweepers on it a couple times, but I wish it would release them more often.

Best response ever ;D Thank you kindly
