    Is your current reactor plumbed so water enters from the bottom and lifts the media then exits the top? Incorrect flow can be a problem. It should not take more than a Maxijet 400 or 600 to tumble your media, the Phosban 150 only requires like 60-80 GPH and your reactor appears similar.

    Yes it's plumed perfectly, i need to find and online owners manual for this thing to see if I am missing something...
