I was just moving a lot of rocks around tryin to catch my power brown tang (ich issue) and I noticed stuff squiting into the tank from a rock. I wait a few and I saw a bristleworm come out of a hole and squirt this whitish stuff into the aquarium. Anyone ever see this and what on earth is it???

My tank is all cloudy now and I am worried about the fish now. Help!!!:eek::eek:

I noticed some white stuff coming out of my rock as well but it seems to have no affect on my the inhabitants nor did it make it cloudy...I'm still trying to figure out what it is as well...

Could be stomatella snails spawning, if it came out like smoke signals.

It was definately a bristleworm. I saw it come out of the rock, which was weird since the lights were on, and squirt it right out of his "end" and sucked himself right back in!

I did searchin on the internet and haven't found anything! Maybe I should call discovery channel?....-haha
