    I wish I had some. My six-line wiped out my bristle population. I got him specifically to eat that worm that I thought was so ugly. This was before I realized how beneficial they are.

    Why are you removing them? No reason to. I have some lengthy beasts in my tank and I have never had a problem.

    I just have WAY more then I want.. I'm overfeeding, due to getting some sun coral back to health, and some candycanes.... And would like to remove some....
    I know why I have to many, and will be able to cut back on overfeeding soon..

    So -------- How do you use the pantyhose..?
    If for no reason but to learn something new..

    I remove them on site. Have had, on two separate occasions, bristle worms attack my corals and/or clams.
    Here's a pic of one eating xenia in my tank:

    IMO, the worms only eat the dead, dying and decaying material and sometimes are known for saving a coral by cleaning up the die off around edges.

    Panty hose with a Piece of krille a rock and set in the sump and in the morning you will have a bunch in there. most ppl I know take only the big ones out. but remember do not touch them some ppl have had alergic reactions from them!!!

    im in agreement with the ones who says keep em. let them live, eat detrius and dont cause harm either.
