    I have seen bristleworm traps

IME if there is one there is bound to be more. I cant stand them either, but thats why I avoid looking when they would be out. You could also try to see what rock it goes into and pull the rock out also

IMO i have seen the traps at the lfs and they seem hopeless a 50/50 chance of it actually working depending on size of the worm. Arrow crabs will eat bristleworms so will six line wrasse and other wrasses. if not overstocked i would try that but remember that once its in the tank unless you plan on redoing the aquascape you wont catch it. so if you dont plan on keeping the fish try the crabs first.

I've read that Arrow Crabs and Coral Banded Shrimp will eat them and keep their population in check. Also, just latex gloves and tweezers might work. Chances are if you have one bristle worm, you have more.

PS: there is an inverted bottle trick. People say it's only for fish, but I've seen otherwise. Cut off the top 1/3 of a plastic bottle, put meaty foods in it, put the cap part back on but inverted, submerge it in the tank so its laying on the SB. and whatever crawls in it can't crawl out.

+1 on the arrow crab. It will take care of them. they have very long and slim arms, to reach in those holes. and if you have one, you have more. wait until night time and after your lights have been off for about 2 hours and shine a flashlight in the front of your tank. You'll see alot of things moving in there

Put some food in a piece of pantyhose close to where it is, but far enough for it to have to come out pretty much all the way to get to it. Pull it out when it gets caught in the hose. Or, get really good with tweezers like I used to be LOL. Also, depending on the size of it, those little tube shaped traps do work. You usually just end up with a bunch of little ones in it though.

I've never heard of this method, but it seems like it could work

Same concept as the traps I've seen but it does work.
