I've got the football itch to. Except, it means cold here in Oregon. Oh well, I'm ready.

Born and raised in Chicago, DIE hard Bears fan, I have to say I think the packers blew this one. This soooo reminds me of Jordan but how the management broke up the dynasty so they could "move on". The Packers weren't jack before Favre, I mean not for a while anyway, how could they trade him? More importantly how could they treat him like that and then try to buy him off?? I hate Brett Favre and anything to do with the Packers, but man he got wronged here.

That being said I think he is going to have an outstanding year. The Jets dropped 140 million in the offseason! They have a sold RB a good OL and a good WR.

Yup, I am in the age group where I have had the pleasure of watching BF throughout his career. I just hope he doesn't get hurt and go out like Joe Theisman did, with a bone sticking out his leg. I watched Terry Bradshaw play too long also. Boy did he get beat up. Oh well, it'll be the first time I have ever rooted for the Jets.

    GO HAWKS!!!

I can't stand the bears, had to do some offsite consulting with their IT staff in the past, they treat people like absolute dirt, very badly run organization from everyone I talked to.

Can tell who I was cheering for when they went to the superbowl :p

How are the Ducks looking this year? The once powerhouse Huskies have a good QB now. I watched him win the AAAA high school state championship for Ferndale a few years back. He can ruuuunnnnn. I would be happy with a .500 or better season.

The only teams I care for in the Pac-10 are the Ducks, Beavers, Huskies, Cougars and Bears (but don't tell anyone I like a California team---keep that one a secret.....Shhhhhh). Or Cougars, as I graduated from the UW.

He is the most over rated quaterback to play. He does have a lot of records but anyone with 16 years should. He played 16 years and had 5 great years. Take away last year and what was he the last three. A almost supper bowl contender that choked. Don't get me wrong he is a great but not even in the top 10 all time where everyone wants to put him. I cant wait till there are real things to talk about in football instead of just him!

i dont really think it matters how expensive the guys you purchase in the offseason are, so the jets went and made a few blockbuster deals, chemistry plays a big part, and i dont see them having it.

there gonna get eaten alive in our division, welcome to the afc brett hahaha

i feel im allowed to talk a lil smack, now that JP losman is not behind center, god i thought it would never end.

    go trent!!!

ok gotta get back to thinking about the reef, my GHA is getting outta control. i put a deadline to see decline in the algae, if not the tank is getting nuked.,and restarted;D

It definitely wasn't about the money, the way he acts about football is about the way we would act if we retired from having a tank! I think that guy would play for free, he just loves the game. I wish him luck and also have mixed feelings about his legacy, but hands down he is a great QB. Too bad the Colts are gonna be mopping the field with his tears and everyone else's in the AFC!!! Can't wait to see the Colts wipe the cheatin smiles off of everyone on the Pat's!!
