Sorry to hear that. If you tried 3 times and they die, then it's either your tank, or it's the LFS is selling you bad fish. There is a place here in myrtle beach that gets new fish in on thurs. and do everything they can to get rid of them by mon. They don't take care of the fish they get in.

I leave them in the bag they give me, I float them for about half an hour, then add some of my tank water in theirs every 5 minutes or so about twice.. then I put them in the tank

Let's go with the more traditional route:

In order to better diagnose the problem (if you would indeed like some assistance in doing so) it would be very helpful to post the following:

    size of Display tank
    age of DT
    size of Sump
type of filtration (i.e. filter socks, floss, protein skimmer, etc)
    temp
    salinity
    nitrates
    ammonia
    pH
    Other inhabitants (fish, inverts, corals)
    CUC?
Maintenance? (how much/how often with water changes)
    Lighting?
    Water flow?
    Substrate?

These will help us to get a better idea of what might be causing this chronic death in your tank.

every 5 min how many times? Also I found that having the lights off for the day (or add in the evening when lights are off) works the best.

Have you checked the salinity of the water from the lfs to yours?
    Hope that helps

I actually got this guy from a place I had never been. I have a 14 gal bio cube. I will try adding them at night.

what kind of blenny is it? also while acclimating i just float the bag, it stresses the fish even more to be in that bag with very little oxygen.
