Looks like a juvenile Ornate Goby. How big is it?

Istigobius decoratus (decorated goby) and Istigobius ornatus (ornate goby) are different species although they are darn near impossible to tell from one another (to the laymen) until they are full grown. (Even to the wholesalers who ship them to your LFS...trust me. LOL) When full grown, ornates are smaller than decorated gobies.

It doesn't much matter though. Their care needs are exactly the same. A mature sandbed that has a lot of life in it. In addition to that, make sure some meaty foods (mysis, enriched brine, shredded krill, etc) make it to the top of the sandbed for them to eat. If the fish that stay in the water column are aggressive feeders and nothing makes it to the bottom, you might need to use a turkey baster to bypass their hungry mouths.
