    im looking to build baffles in my new sump. its a 4ft 120 gallon tank ....what can i use with out breaking the bank. baffles would be about 20x24

    There really isnt a cheap way to make those. I think a sheet of regular window glass about that size is only 14 or 15 bucks, silicone 2 of the together and it will be almost a 1/4 of an inch. that would only be about 180 bucks.

    $400 for Plexi. GOOD LORD!!! Some expensive baffles.

    Plywood/Epoxy Paint could be done for less than half of that. Gazog also proposed a favorable solution.

    This is still going to be expensive. OUCH!

    I changed my baffle set up but I came across another option for people who r in the same perdicament. Try to get some abs plastic its cheaper then acrylic.
