So I recently redid my tank and have a reef built up now.
    http://www.3reef.com/forums/show-off-your-fish-tanks/my-conversion-day-74932.html

I noticed my bicolor blenny is breathing really fast and I am concerned. Everyone else seems to be doing great but he is breathing a bit faster than usual. The water is still cloudy at the moment.

    My levels:

    Salinaity: 1.027
    Alkalinity: 9-10 KH
    High PH: 8.2
    Nitrite: 0PPM
    Ammonia: 0PPM
    Nitrate: 0PPM
    Temperature: 78F

    Any ideas?

Im not sure, so Ill bump this. Maybe he is just a little stressed from re-working all the rock.

If you just noticed this after you re-did the tank, I would guess it's stress. When my damsel was being harassed he was always breathing really hard from stress. Just keep your eye on him, and if he seems to be declining, then more action may need to be taken. Heavy breathing is an early sign of ich, but I doubt that's it since he was fine until the rearranging.

    Keep us posted!

I figured I would do a 10% water cleaning as well just and case. I keep reading it can be a panacea to do that.

+1 to the breathing heavy because of stress.

After the water change and my hang over tank filter going all night along with the wet-dry the aquarium has cleared up and the blenny seems to be more active now. I think you had it right on stress!
