Just got a pic of the Hammer while it was not in full bloom...since I started with the wavemaker and the 4 evo's it has split one major branch making it 3 now instead of 2...and if you look close you can see 4 new heads in center trunk area and about 3 more on the lower trunk..I am stunned by the improvement....in a good way.8)

I hope so too...Mine took many months to get two trunks...I was always keeping it in the low to moderate flow due to its fragile composition...also the reason why I almost "dumped" 2 of the evo's for 2 lower flow ones. : / ..I was afraid it would get beat up. But, with the feedback/advice from the members here, I just let it happen.....and as you see, not only did it acclimate, but it is thriving...go figure...when it blooms..it is awesome...I also have a torch that is doing the same thing...not growing new heads but splitting existing trunks...which is cool. Good luck to you Nana. : )

I don't have any fancy controllers or an MP, but I'd definitely agree that when I increased my flow, my LPS have started to take off! That and my new 4 bulb T5 + target feeding.

I have to say that I think the biggest opportunity for coral growth still lies with target feeding (for those that will accept it). I just got a hammer frag with 2 heads last month and both are already starting to split.
