Best nano tank? (12 gallons)

    I have been toying with the idea of possibly getting a very small nano tank in a few months. I was wondering what the best one is (6-12g.) in terms of lighting and quality. I would like it to be around $200 with no stand. I am probably going to use it as a special frag tank if i decide to get one. Any other suggestions of what I could use it as are welcome!! Thanks!
