    you should try some ricordea. there very colorful and my lfs sells them for 12 dollars. i got mine on sale for 8 though

    I started with a mushroom coral. It has survived all my mistakes. That thing is tougher than a damsel.

    i think the lighting needs more questioning, because if it is T8 i doubt you will be keeping anything for very long.
