So Bernard has come out, no split ?

But this odd discharge coming out of his mouth ?

What is happening to my old mate ?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Either expelling waste or Zooxanthellea, neither is particularly troublesome.

Since Bernard came back out I would not be too worried.

The tips of his tenticals appear to be falling off, there are some on the sand, detached from his main body ?

I have had this happen but only one or two at a time and usually when the anemone was hosting a clown fish.

Do you have any crabs that might be troublesome or fish like Butterflies.

Not sure what to make of that. The anemone IMO looks otherwise healthy.

He is so healthy, just right now he appears to be in trouble.
I have. 1 hermit crab, 2 clowns who won't go near him, the last 2 fish that were near him were eaten, 1 goby and 1 anthia.

He is very healthy and eats very well.
