so i went to disney world for 10 days with a 3 month old tank at home. every thing went great i came home to the tank exactly the way i left it. all the parims were good when i got back. glad to see my tank can run effectively with out me there tinkering with it every day. a little hair algae grew but im guessing its just the stage of my tanks maturation? i took some cool pics of the FINDING NEMO exhibit. magic kingdom fireworks . just thought id share them. what you think.

yeah i think thats what made it better coming home to a tank better than when i left it. my nitrate dropped like 10 ppm since i left. it was at 15-20ppm
now 5-10. i did alot of preping befor i left. hoping to add 2 clownfish soon. just not sure when i should.

On your next trip to Florida, drop on down to the John PennyCamp park on the north keys, snd try out some scuba diving on the shallow reefs. It puts Dismal in the back of the line. Diving the keys is the best trip to Florida or even a trip out to the Bahama Islands. Now that is a serious life time trip. 8)

By the way, glad your tank survived the outing and you had some free time and fun with the family. Nice to get away once and a while. So how is the snow over there.....ours is only 4" on the lawn and the kids are rolling it up as fast it drops.
