    just looked them up (the fuzzy mushrrom) pretty cool. the only torch's they have for sale at my lfs is a 10 head for 90$ and a 4 head for 50$. maybe live aquaria has some. i guess ill try the hammer first just to make sure everything goes ok. thans for your confidence in me though :) it would be really cool if my clowns decided to host it. when i turn the lights off and they sleep one of them likes to get stuck in the intake on the top right side. leave it to clowns::)

    lol I know clown fish are just retarded. I would go with hammer coral haha torch coral is expensive :S i got mine for 40 it has two heads on it, its pretty big tho. :)

    at first i thought there was something wrong with it LOL i was like wow of course i get a messed up clown. all corals are expensive, just the hobby ::) i think i wanna save like 600$ or so for the 45 gal

    I thought the same thing. It sucks when the expensive corals die too :( my clam died it sucked.... bleh. Im gonna save up now for when I move out so I can set up a 75 + gallon :D and im keeping my nano too lol. im excited.!

    what you putting in the 75 gal? :p guess its a bit early for that. you had a clam in your 8 gal?:eek: how did it die? i want a clam soooo bad but i think its immposible in an 8 gal

    I have NO idea tangs for sure tho :p and I had the clam in the 14 gal heheh my water quality sucked :( I was so sad... I would sooo not suggest getting a clam in the 8 gal :p def not. Im waiting till I get a bigger tank to try again with the clams. sooo sad.

    my favorite tang is a powder blue or a white shoulder :) yeah clams are so beautiful but really hard to take care of. what kind of clam did you have?

    I really want a yellow tang and purple tank :D I can't wait its like my life goal lol. Clams are so pretty but indeed they are so hard. I hate it I had a purple dresea. I had it a good six or seven months.. then it just... died :(

    you said just from water quality? maybe there was a parasite? IMO clams are one of the coolest things in a tank simply because of the color and how it add to the peacefulness. i wonder if a clam is possible in a 45? purple and yellow.... are they safe together? better not tell anyone or the tang police might get mad LOL

    Im sure you could have a clam in a 45. I dunno what tangs are safe together lol I'll look into that once I get a tank. I dunno why my clam died. it was a little wuss. My water quality did suck tho and it probably wasnt getting enough light.
