are they good?why so cheap?

aqua traders . com and odyssea lighting and other stuff are they any good ? and is it bulk or why so cheap? please tell me if anyone reading this has delt with them . i thank you all

 

Ive ordered from aquatraders and never had a problem.

 

i have always changed my lamp early on all new lights i've bought. so odyssea builds with junk ballasts thats way so cheap?

 

They do the job, just keep in mind with lighting you get what you pay for. I have them myself, but the ballast are cheap-weigh about a pound. Reflector are minimal and wiring and fittings are loosely connected. Watch for shorts! But other than that I have had great coral growth with them, even stoneys.

I picked up a lighting system from them recently. I'm beyond happy with both the price and product.

I look forward to using them for other items as well.

they have a nice mh setup that I will upgrade to when I do my 150..

 

I have 3 of their T5 lights, just bought another and have never had a problem with a single one.
I also bought their HOB overflow which worked flawlessly while I was using it, drilled my tanks so now I have no use for it.
As far as customer service, I had one light come with two bad bulbs and they shipped me two replacement bulbs within 5 days.
So needless to say I will reorder from then anytime.
