A week ago I purchased a Odyssea 36 inch T5 light setup from them. On their site they list their product as 2 65K bulbs.

I received it today and its not what i was wanting. I called them to ask about the return policy and they kept advising me that if i agree with the return policy that they will give me a RMA #. Well i got suspicious so i asked what the return policy included. The rep who i was speaking with was not very friendly.

    20% restocking fee
plus I pay for shipping. (was originally free)

    I would avoid aquatraders.com

I have had good luck with the Odyssea lights but I wont buy from Aquatraders.com again.

You made a big boo-boo there. A quick google of them wouldve showed a "F" rating by the better business bureau, and a laundry list of complaints. not complaints on odyssea lights, but complaints on them specifically.

Yep I learned my leson. Its not worth it to return it to loose money. I like the fixture but now to get it the way i want it i have to upgrade the bulbs.

Stock bulbs were most likely junk any how so think of it as chance for an upgrade..
