    Does anyone know if this will fit into the first or second rear chamber of a 29G BioCube without any modification while still being able to close the lid and keep the canopy on.

    Yes, it will. It will fit into either. You just have to wrangle with it a little. I personally like the way it sits in chamber one. although I'll be moving it down into my custom sump and fuge at the end of the week.
