Hello everyone! I just had a question about aquascaping my tank. I have a 125g tank and I just got a HUGE sailfin tang from a buddy of mine getting out of the hobby. This guy is like 7-8 inches long. I feel like he doesnt have much room in my 125g with all the rock centered in the middle like pillars running down the whole length of the tank. Would it be better to scoot my rock back against the wall so he has more room to swim and turn around out front? There is enough room for him to swim around the structure now but it seems like he kinda struggles to turn around.I have a 300g tank but I cant set it up till the end of the summer when I buy my house. Im staying at my moms right now and she wont have it. Any suggestions? How can I set up my rock for maximum swimming room?

If you remove some rock and create some arches while also shortening the length of your scape you'll find that he'll adjust his swimming pattern and move thru the arches as well.

Thats how I have it set up right now, pillars and arches. He swims through the pillars a little, but spends most of his time pacing back and forth in the front area waiting to be fed. Hes lived in an aquarium for over 5 years so he is not shy at all.
