Aquarium Specialty

I order replacement bulb from this vendor and the bulbs arrived broken. I communicated with them and they said to take picture and they will take care of it with the Post office. Well it have been at least two months and they did not send me the new bulds. I ordered from other vendor before and damage bulbs are send back and they send me new one righ away.

This company make it my problem with the post office of item that they send.

My recommendation, Do not buy from this company.... You are SOL if you items arrive dammage from this company.

I am ordering new bulbs from Marine Depot. Two dollars more then them and they take care of you if items arrive dammage.

Aquarium Specialty Suck.......Big time.

When you sign up and make 1 post and its something bad about a company, no one is going to take you seriously. Sounds like you have an agenda. I for one will take nothing from your post.

 

Sorry for your experience. try Petstore.com as well. Same people as marinedepot...i think...and cheaper.

 

I agree. There are two sides to every story. Since we don't know you yet, we have to give the benefit of doubt.

There is a 'No Bashing' section of the user agreement too. This thread is now closed unless the company in question cares to respond.
