Increase the output flow using the black knob.

 

Does the collection cup have a drain in it? It can take a week or two to truly break in a skimmer and until its broken in, you are going to be tweaking it almost constantly to get any kind of skimming out of it. Is it in your sump? If so, let it run as you have it now (real wet) and let it overflow the cup back into the sump. What that does is "wash" the skimmer and help it break in. After about a week of doing that, you can start adjusting it down to get a drier skimmate out of it.

Thanks yall, I adjusted the outflow knobs and that bad boy is already giving some good tea colored skimate since i left the house. This skimmer kicks ass!
