Apex OR Apex Lite? That is the question..

    So I'm wanting to get a Neptune controller and I'm just on the fence with what to get for what I want to do.. and Need a full equipment list of what I'll need to pick up.

    What I want to be controlled.
    -Radions
    -EcoTech MP40s
    -Reef Octo Skimmer
    -Mag 12 Pump
    -GFO/Carbon Reactors/Pumps
    -Temp/PH/Salinity

    Anything info would be helpful.

    Since your Radions got dimming controller by itself, so I think you do not need the regular Apex. Save money to buy the APex lite.

    Yup, buy the full and forget it.

    If you buy the lite, you'll wish you had the full at some point.

    If you want to monitor PH, you will need the full...or if you go with the lite, you will have to buy the PH probe after market - in which case you might as well get the full up front :). I went with the lite, but I dont monitor PH with it, so it was not worth the extra money to me. If I decide to track PH in the future (which I have no plans to do) - I will just buy the probe.

    Cool thing with the full is that it supports VDM 0-10v dimming. You can make supplement led bars to run side by side and control them from your Apex.
