Hey everyone, Its been a long time since iv been on the reef.Mostly because everything has been going peachy in the tank.Today though when the lights went on I noticed something in the water, or many things. They are very small but seem to be white and tapered and SWIMMING! Or twitching more like.Im having a breakout of something...A little history...The tank has been coral only for 2 to 3 weeks. All fish are gone, been removed due to agression.
Am I having a breakout because theres no fish to eat them and what are they? A little help?

It doesnt appear to look like any of those. They are all floating head down with tail up and are mostly in the top third of the water column.

Maybe a mysis shrimp outbreak? I had this happen last Friday night, of course after my boyfriend went to bed so he missed it. They were smaller than peppermint babies (and she hasn't released them anyway) and their tails were more forked rather than fan shaped, but they still looked like baby shrimp of some kind. They were smaller than the brine or mysis I use for food (frozen). I have no idea what mine were, either, but best I could guess was mysis somehow LOL.

Edit: Trust me, there's not much way he could get a pic unless he's got a really fast camera with a really big macro lens!!!
