Anyone have issues with Tunze ATO?

    Yep. I was working a gravity system, but I could only fit a 20 ounce container above my sump and it was dry by the time I got home. I had to fill it up in the morning (don't have time for) and in the evening, but still be about a gallon below where I needed too. Quite simply, didn't work with what I was using.

    Yes, I would contact BRS and hope they will handle it on behalf of Tunze since its that new. I have the same ATO that I also purchased from BRS and aside from adding water to the reservoir every week I haven't given it another thought..... On a side note if you unplug it and plug it back in does it prime itself?? Every time I do this it will pump about a cup(?) Or so of water into my sump. I would also make sure your wire connections are good. On the meter that shows water level what is it displaying??

    Wiring seems fine, when I unplug it and plug it back in it primes and adds water for a little bit as it normally should...

    I would say that the sensor is bad then and should be replaced under warranty

    +1 BRS is good at fixing the situation. They work on your behalf to make sure you get what you need.
