Anyone ever made a Bonsai Mangrove?

Yeah I agree with the maintenance for sure. Just tried to take 1 of the tree's with leaves out and it seems the roots of all are entangled with one another. I wasn't trying to disprove or prove anything just wanted to see what difference in growth between the two groups would be for personal interests.

 

as far as substrates go this would probably fall into the freshwater planted tanks, Give plantedtank.net out, they have some pretty indepth info on aquarium safe substrates, supplements, lighting etc. Now reef safe, is another whole dilemma haha.
