hey guys about to setup my new aquascape, ive been thinking that i if i keep the live rock off the bottom of the tank it will get better flow and be healthier is there n e thing i can use to sit it on that will not be obvious when looking from the front i mean having it like 2-3 cm off the sand

I have seen some people purposely keep the rocks high to give better lighting to the corals. It will also give more hiding spaces for the fish. But you will need PVCs and eggcrates to get better support foundation.

    acrylic rods - Google Search

with a masonry bit, drill a small hole in the LR, and a small amount of rod, and you're good to go. If you have a drapery/blinds store, they often sell replacement rods to open and close them. It may or may not be cheaper than online.

If your purpose is to substantially increase your biofilter by making the sand underneath the rocks and the bottom of the rock itself available to bacterial biofilms, then yes. ;)

Also, if you have digging/burrowing fish or critters, this will stop rock avalanches and save their life.
