    It's a less expensive model off of the Pacific coast brand of chillers like sears use whirlpool to make their Kenmore products Whirlpool simply cut back on the quality of the controls and materials to keep the units competitive . I would get the Pacific coast brand myself .. Having seen them side by side and repairing one of them.
