What i did was. Start the tank back up, make it look all "pretty" like she would like it. Then when the water levels are perfect, take her to the lfs and let her pick the live stock :)

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Take her to the LFS.

    Email her beautiful corals.

Lastly is all else fails, ignore the tank within reason and pay her more attention. For some reason I have found that hobbyist spouses tend to dig their feet in further or be more reluctant or less enthusiastic about the hobby when one tries to encourage them more, it's all about subtlety, trust me ( says the girls that sneaks corals into the tank).

Make her believe it's her tank and she controls it. ;)

let her help pick out fish/corals and name them... show her some fish/corals you are thinking about and ask her which she likes best, etc.

Clean your tank well, Make it crystal clear and not looking like its growing grass in your tank then she will probably come back around and look at it.

Yeah, bring her with you to pick out a few corals, fish etc... and always refer to them as "hers". Best if they are easy ones, that will do well though. If they die, it can be counterproductive... Let her feed them and be involved in the process, but don't force it too fast.

Probably the best idea! Make it something you guys can do together, if she realizes you really want her opinion shes likely to pick which ones she likes and get interested in it. Good Luck!
