I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

 

Buy one remove the cellophane shrink wrapping and tell me what you find , I found tape and some refrigerator magnets wrapped around a length of cheap thin wall 1" PVC piping like we use for A/C condensate drains and we opened 4 out of the case LOL The LFS guy did not believe me either about ? 10 yrs ago just magnets and black tape LOL

Interesting story about the new owner of that place and how he came to get control of it several yrs back . Maybe he changed them ? try one and let use know..

I did the same things years ago. In fact I think I have a few posts in those links. Mine got ripped apart and posted on the net by another company that has since gone under.

 

Its good for lightening your wallet thats about it. Even though they have a satisfaction guarantee they count on users either forgetting to return it or being too embarassed to return it for their money back, that way they pocket almost pure profit for something that is not based on any known science.

 

My suggestion since 3reef just saved you wasting that money is to use towards becoming a 3reef supporter!!!

What did y'all find in your's LOL LIke I said there is a very interesting story about who used to own that company and why they don't anymore and how they lost control . And maybe now they use a better magnet LOL and more expensive tape and better schudle of PVC pipe LOL

 

This was the first year they were in operation. I got the unit from Carl. The pics of the unit are the ones that Inland Reef hosted for a while but IIRC are gone now. I found the same thing as you, tape, tube, spray paint like stuff and magnets.

So Carl is no longer the man? that what you're saying? PM if you don't want to say publicly
