A friend of mine who lives in the middle east didn't know Cubans were illegal here. He was passing through and customs cut up $5000.00 worth of cubans right in front of him.

The Butera's are a really smooth cigar. Not your grandpa's stinky cigar.

If you like cubans, give the Fonseca #1's a try. They are pretty cheap and are some awesome smokes!!!

LOL, all he had to do was take off the labels and put them all in a ziplock bag.
I figured I'd post a pic of my humidor when I first got it. I had the pic sitting in photobucket anyway.
Since then I filled it up with some Rocky Patel Sungrown, Don Pepin Garcia's 601 labels, Camachos and some others.
I got a great deal on it from Cuban Crafters.

Nice humi. I bought my best friend one like that for his B-day. I always take a few back across the border (we walk across from San Diego). You can't imagine how pissed off the customs agents get when they take the cigars and repeatedly try to get me to admit they're Cubans even though the labels are in my wallet.

"Those are two Dominican Republic Cigars, sir" ;D

Yeah.. problem is he didn't know they're illegal. I bring in cubans all the time. I just put them in my pocket.

Nice Humido .. I have a similar one.
