Seems like you did quite a bit of research in terms of what you need to run a successful reef tank. However, IMO, get a new skimmer, the prizm skimmer has very bad reviews and there are better skimmers, look into an octopus BH100F, or look into a AquaC Remora. Those skimmers will help you out a bunch in the long run.
Get rid of the Aquaclear 70, that is unnecessary, some people have the Aquaclear 70 as flow in the beginning stages of the cycle then converting it to a refugium, but since you already purchased a refugium, I would return the Aquaclear 70.
In terms of powerhead, there are better powerheads out there, for your size tank, I would recommend 2 koralia 1s, those will do you a lot better than the Aquaclear powerheads.
Last but not least, the light, if you can, I would opt to go with T5 High Outputs rather than Power Compacts, T5 HO can allow you to keep som clams and sps, but with PCs, your choices of corals will be more limited. I started with PCs as well, but eventually had to switch to T5 HO due to the temptation of clams and sps corals.
I stated the negative things, of course you did do a good job researching what you need to start a reef tank you even started with a refugium already, but the UV sterilizer is sort of questionable in my opinion since it does kill off some beneficial baterias in the tank int he long run if you do decide to leave it on 24/7.

Just my opinions, I went through the same thing as you about 8 months ago, and I don't want to see newcomers wasting money on things that they will have to upgrade down the road. You can save some money by returning the items I said are not really necessary and use that towards some koralia powerheads or a T5 HO light instead of PC.

    HAPPY REEFING!;D
