Angel queston

Ok here’s my dumb question for the day, my flame angel is constantly pacing at night with the lights off do they sleep like other fish? My hippo lies on her side on the power head mount every night and every other fish I’ve had has had a happy spot where they are stationary.

 

well first check ur parameters. if somethings wrong there fix it. next, look and see if theres anything starnge on the fish. if nothings wrong, then it should be fine, but im no expert on angels, so you may want to ask someone else. im not really an angel person lol

 

yah all my tank params are stable and right where they should be and the fish has no marks doesnt seem stressed and eats well lol just wondering if he was an insomniac or something lol

 

My rusty angel paces for about an hour or two after lights put before cozying up in a small crevice. All of my other fish dart to their "homes" as soon as the light poops out. As far as I can tell it's normal behavior (for him at least). Hope that helps.
