It is a dry heat, yeah right !
You are safe feeding most anemones like Bubble tip (BTA), Long tentacle (LTA), carpet anemones etc, small fresh pieces of raw seafood you can get at the grocery store.

Fish, scallops, clams are all good. Small pieces of about 1/4-1/2 inch depending on the size of the anemone once a week. Remove any uneaten or expelled pieces so they do not foul the water.

Just place the pieces on the tentacles and allow the anemone some time to consume it. If it does not take it at first try again in a couple days.

The product you posted I have never used. The best thing for increasing coral growth is consistent parameters, good lighting and good water quality.

You should really research before you buy anything in this hobby, especially livestock.

There is alot of research that needs done on your part for anemones. Hit the search here, liveaquaria, and google just to start. Anemones are best suited to semi-expereienced aquarist & tank that have been set up & running for a while.

On your second question I have not used that food.

like khowst said, research. you dont go and just buy 3 anemones, they are some of the hardest things to keep alive in this hobby. and the majority of tanks probably shouldnt have 3 anemones unless they are the same kind. do you know what type of nems they are? how old is your tank?

I feed my Bubble Tip Anemone (Cleopatra) an assortment of food. She gets squid, pieces of Krill, an occasional turkey baster with Brine Shrimp, and pieces of grocery shrimp. She doesn't seem to be fussy and readily takes whatever I offer.

Anemones do not like their food frozen. I place Cleopatras food into a small container and float it on top of the water until it thaws and drain the water before offering it to her.

Some people recommend feedings of once a week, some feed every 3 days. I am currently feeding Cleopatra every morning hoping to get her to split for me. I'm not sure if this will cause her to split or not but she has really grown since I got her and is puffing up really nice.

I, too, have never heard of the food you are asking about.

Do you know what kind of anemones you got?
