    Can you ID this anemone for me please.

    I was leaning towards a bubble-less bubble tip.

    Are you certain?

    This guy has a Condy in another tank (pink/red/orange foot) and they look different. Those same clowns wouldn't venture towards the Condy as per him.

    It might be a BTA that's "reaching"...have you ever seen it looking "bulblike"?

    Most Condies are generally white with purple tips.

    Nope. It's under a reef breeder light that's 24"-30 off the sand and resting on glass. May be reaching.

    looks like a green bta, my condy has bright red foot

    I left that out...but yes, they do. ;)

    FWIW, I had a couple of "rescue" BTAs that had been bleached, dyed yellow, and then bleached themselves. They did finally take in some local zooxanthellae and were the same color as your 'nem. Altho they did look like ball bearings most of the time, they did indeed "go long" on occasion. I've also seen RBTAs that always looked like your nem.
