There's a local Florida forum for reefing, but I like 3reef better.
My concern is however, when I am able to access the marketplace at the end of the month and start making my purchases here...how will fish and corals be safely shipped?
The only thing I've ever bought online for my tank is my live rock.
Are fish express shipped, overnight, is there any kind of live guarantee?

Most online sites ship overnight but it is exspensive if only buying one item.It works out to be a better deal if buying several items as they charge just a small fee for each additional item.Ckeck out some of the online sites,Liveaquaria.com is a very good one.If you want to buy from a private seller you'll have to work out those details with the individual.

 

corals are pretty doable as 1-2 day priority is relatively safe to do for most, depending on weather, but I don't think shipping fish indivdually is a cost effective thing. Online retail sites have deals cut for shipping.
